When it comes to taking care of you and your loved ones, health centers across the country, like Apicha CHC, are there for you. Providing you with comprehensive health care is a major pillar of our mission. Which is why Apicha CHC will be celebrating National Health Center Week, and we invite you to join us.

NHCW spotlights the health needs in our communities and the shared stake in community health. From August 13-19, Apicha CHC is sponsoring a number of events, including an open house, staff appreciation, and outreach to the neighborhoods we serve throughout the week to showcase what we do; and we invite you to learn more about our unique model of care that creates enduring solutions to the health care needs of our community.

NHCW is an ideal time to celebrate our long record of success and delivery of high quality, cost effective, and accessible health care to the LGBT community, people living with HIV/AIDS, Asian and Pacific Islanders, and the rest of our community. Providing care to countless individuals across the country is something the National Association of Community Health Centers is proud of. “In addition to their long history as health care homes to millions, Health Centers are also proud to celebrate over 50 years of service and continue to be ranked among the highest quality and cost effective care providers in the nation,” the NACHC stated. “Health Centers provide their services to all people, regardless of their ability to pay or insurance status.”

Apicha CHC has a 27-year history of improving the health of our communities and bolstering access to comprehensive primary care, preventive health services, mental health services, and support services. We have served as the voice for the voiceless and shaped policies that bring services to those in most need. This is the very essence of our mission – to make everyone feel that they belong, to care for them to the best of our ability and empower them so that they can take care of themselves and others. We help build a community that is compassionate, selfless, and devoid of hate and prejudice.
