Apicha CHC and Voces Latinas are teaming up to host an event that celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month, and builds awareness around Domestic Violence Awareness Month -- join us!
What: A day of free workshops, crafts, HIV testing, food, art, music, raffles, and more!
When: Wednesday, October 4th from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Where: Voces Latinas, 37-63C 83rd Street, Jackson Heights, New York, 11372
Event Itinerary:
- Arrival and registration: 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Welcome remarks: 11:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
- Ongoing activites and stations begin: 11:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Immigration/DV Workshop: 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.
- Sexual Health Workshop: 3:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.
