AN INVITATION TO CHEFS
You are invited to take part in APICHA’s first ever Immigrant History Week event, coordinated by the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs. It will be held at our new facility at 400 Broadway on Saturday, April 21st from 2-8PM. The goal of this annual celebration is to promote and build cross-cultural understanding between all New Yorkers.
We have planned an exciting afternoon of food and films that reflect and celebrate the diverse immigrant experiences of Asians and Pacific Islanders (A&PIs). The theme is “Food, Health & Taking a Bite of the Big Apple.” As part of our program, we want to highlight A&PI cuisines by having a reception from 7-8:30PM. This is a great opportunity to support APICHA, the only Pan-Asian HIV/AIDS service provider in NYC, and to showcase your culinary talents to our guests. Space will be made available for your promotional materials. Please donate your time and expertise as well as food for 50 people.
If you are interested in supporting APICHA for Immigrant History Week or future events, please contact:
