Monique Barte began her medical career shortly after graduating from the University of Florida. She then moved to Portland, Oregon, to pursue a Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a specialization in Family Medicine. Monique has experience working at a community health center, where she cared for refugees from around the globe. Now based in New York, she continues her medical career, focusing on the care of LGBTQ+ youth and adults. Monique is dedicated to promoting patient autonomy and providing holistic, patient-centered care.
