HIV Prevention
At Apicha CHC, we offer comprehensive PrEP and PEP services in a culturally competent and inclusive space.
This means:
- Personalized Primary Care, including consultation for PrEP/PEP
- Prescriptions and refills for PrEP/PEP Daily Pill (TRUVADA or DESCOVY)
- Regular PrEP injections at our clinic (Apretude)
- Care Navigation to assist with enrolling in insurance or sign you up for special PrEP/PEP cost programs
- Routine HIV/STD screening & testing

If you think you were exposed to HIV, there is also Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP), which helps prevent HIV infection. If you think you need PEP, do not make an appointment online. Instead, call 212-334-6029 to make an immediate appointment.
